Check out this new photo posted by NECA for their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie Donatello 1/4 Scale Figure. The image gives fans their very first look at the packaging design for the figure. We last saw both Donatello and Raphael at New York Comic-Con 2016 a couple weeks back.
