Got the tank and it's perfect!, Definitely only 1:9th scale I put a figure in the pic for size reference, and yes it's remote control and has sound and turret turns, all the movement is exactly the same as a real tank blew me away, and with it being in perfect shape I'm not going to cut it up I will shoot the tank where you cannot get the exact scale reference when shooting video.
I have decided to start shooting a short film/ some stop some real motion using the tank and the Bradley and the R/C "true" 1:6 scale humvee's, I have a idea for the script which will include the futuristic tank as well, thanks for the input guys all great ideas.
