An Eskimo explorer who accidentally met hisfoster daughter during his trip. Otto is optimistic and humorous. He likes tomake fun of Ice.
He was a solider in the Antarctica researchstation when he was young. He facilitated the researcher to work at the wildnature, preventing them from being attached by the animals. He was good atshooting them with hunter guns.
Later on, he joined Ice and theApexplorers. Their mission is fight for the earth's resurrection.
