Hot Toys参照经典超英电影《钢铁侠》中的设定，采用合金素材结合流线、利落的机械身形比例，打造一款高约32.5cm、全身备有逾30处可动关节的钢铁侠Mark2装甲，全面提升人偶可动能力的同时呈现人体工学理念，让玩家可摆放还原出各种经典又帅气的高难度动作。

本次钢铁侠Mark2（2.0）运用电镀涂装着色技术，进一步赋予这款合金装甲独特高端的金属银色质感，经过多次打磨，增添盔甲表面的光泽感，让合金Mark 2珍藏人偶散发出让人眼前一亮的效果；更还原出机身布满铆钉及刻线等清晰细节，突显Mark2作为首款测试机体未曾上色的金属光泽，是Hot Toys合金系列突破性作品！

在头雕的设计上，除了具备双眼可绽放白色光芒的钢铁侠头盔头雕，还额外附有一颗堪称蜡像级别的演员小罗伯特·唐尼（Robert Downey Jr.）真人头雕，以精湛的雕刻与涂装技术，演绎出角色的五官轮廓、表情神髓、面部皱纹及胡须纹理，更采用可动眼球技术（Separate Rolling Eyeballs）调节双眼神韵，还原托尼·斯塔克帅气坚韧的神情。

此外，头盔眼睛、掌心及胸口反应器均内置LED发光功能；前臂甲及肩甲可替换成发射飞弹模式；而胸甲采用可拆卸装置、背部多组扰流定风翼连内置金属网与小腿装甲也具备开启功能，人偶还新增多一套展开状态的胸甲及可动大腿装甲部件供玩家装拆更换，重现托尼·斯塔克首次启动Mark2测试装甲的经典电影场面，同时展示机体复杂的内部结构及高科技机械质感！

本次作品特别研制出一个金属银色、以托尼·斯塔克的高科技实验室场景为创作灵感的原创主题地台，地台不仅安装了LED亮灯装置，环形机械部件也设置了活动关节，以供独立调校高低角度，放置上瞩目的合金Mark 2（2.0），完成高规格钢铁侠合金珍藏人偶系列！
