So my Phicen Spartan Warrior has finally arrived, after being held hostage by the local postage depot until I paid the ransom fee, and costing a little more than I'd like because of the currency exchange rate (thanks Brexit)
Ranting aside, I've decided to combine design elements from this kit and my old Amazon Hoplite kitbash.
Overall, I feel there are both improvements and drawbacks to the muscular body, while the limbs are the biggest improvements of all, the torso however needs much more work, and I feel like there's too much technical anatomy feedback to list on this thread so I'll just leave it at that...
Long story short I was able to use the armor to disguise the odd torso shape, and redirect the attention to the limbs as the exposed focal points of the model. I liked how it turned out in the end, let me know what you think guys
