Darth Vader returns in force this year with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story! The epic space saga film takes place just before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, a time when the Galactic Empire is at the peak of its power, whereas the fledgling Rebel Alliance plots to thwart the Empire's plan to build a moon-sized battle station. 即将於《侠盗一号：星球大战外传》中强势登场的黑武士，在新片中的戏服採用现代工艺、科技及物料製作，因此整套头盔、面罩、护甲以及服装的线条比例比旧版更為完美。Hot Toys依据今集电影的造型设定，精心打造了全新黑武士1:6比例珍藏人偶，忠实还原头盔呈亮黑光泽效果的质感、面罩上阴阳面与瑕疵的涂装细节，呈现出前所未见的威武气势。

此外，Hot Toys团队準确按照角色身高比例製作高约35cm、具有30多个可动关节的全新素体，整套服饰运用更精细的剪裁技巧，而其黑色霸气披风亦以质感更细密及上乘的布料製作，再配上标誌性的肩甲、胸前的维生器、腰带连两个可发光的控制盒及靴甲，每项细节都一丝不苟，极致像真度再次突破到更高层次。另外，人偶更附上一把黑武士独有的激光剑(关闭模式)及九个可替换前臂，确保玩家能完美呈现黑武士的不同动态和造型。
